CABIN Crate Club FAQ
Charges: When signing up for a CABIN Crate subscription. You are agreeing to CABIN Charging your credit card for the agreed upon amount on a monthly basis. This amount is the crate subscription ($90 + Tax) plus the cost of shipping. Charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.
Shipping: Shipping costs are based on Canada Post expedited rates. We are currently shipping CABIN Crates to Canadian addresses only. Crates are shipped on the 14th of every month. Free shipping discounts are not available for Crate subscriptions. Curbside pickup is not available for CABIN Crates.
Cancelling Orders: The monthly subscription to CABIN crate club can be cancelled at anytime by logging into your account at cabingoods.ca. Once your current month has been charged and/or shipped to you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final.
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, login to your account at the CABIN GOODS website at HERE. If you have not yet created your account, please create one using the email that is associated with your subscription. click on the “EDIT/VIEW” button under “Your Subscriptions", click “Cancel Subscription” on the bottom right of the next screen, and confirm on the next screen.
Damaged products: We take great care in packaging our products which rarely allows for damaged items. However, now and then, due to shipping or weather, bottles to arrive damaged. Should your shipment arrive in pieces, please email the product details and a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your shipment, we will happily work out a solution with you.
Dislike something in the crate? We curate our crates carefully to have a variety of various goods inside. The mystery of what is coming is half he fun! We understand this means you may receive an item that is not your cup of tea. In that case, we ask that you keep an open mind. Welcome yourself to the idea of something new or consider gifting something to a loved one. CABIN Crates are sold as a package deal. We are unable to return or exchange individual products inside the crate. If there is a sizing issue, we will do our best to accommodate to find a size that fits correctly.
