With this construction, the razor blade lies directly on the open tooth comb. The coarse teeth guide the blade and fix it securely on the razor head. This type of construction is particularly advantageous for long hair or particularly tall and strong beard growth, since the head can hardly be clogged by cut hair or soap scraps.
The head of the planer is manufactured using the zinc die-casting process, as this enables very precise manufacturing tolerances and complex shapes. To ensure a comfortable weight distribution, we only use brass for the handle. The chrome finish protects the razor from corrosion and underlines the high-quality design.
Caring for a safety razor is not particularly complex. After use, simply wash the planer thoroughly and remove soap residues and cut hair, a nail brush helps with stubborn dirt. Then dry briefly with a towel and there is order again. When changing the razor blade, you check all individual parts for tightness.
